There's nothing routine about a cup of coffee.
It was 2019. I was tired of drinking the same mass-produced, pre-ground grocery store coffee. I tried many roasters in the Philadelphia area and beyond, and became obsessed with great coffee. So, I started roasting as a hobby on my kitchen counter. I burned a lot of beans. Seriously, a lot. But eventually, I didn't burn beans. Once I learned to control the variables of my roasts, I was able to replicate the same flavors, smells, and roast profiles of other craft roasters. I learned what I liked, what I didn't like, and what others liked along the way.
I believe that everyone should drink great coffee.
Why not give the little guy a try?
